Who we are
noindexed is operated by Alexandr Rešetňak, an independent developer, currently in private beta. There is no separate company entity yet — you are dealing directly with me. Contact: mail@resetnak.cz.
What we collect
- Account data — the email address you sign in with (magic link, no password).
- Site data — the URLs you register for monitoring, and the SEO signals we crawl from them: meta robots,
X-Robots-Tag, canonical URL, HTTP status, robots.txt and sitemap contents. We do not store full page content. - Waitlist signups — the email address you submit before you have an account.
- Technical logs — request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) kept for security and abuse prevention.
- Analytics — aggregated visit data (pages viewed, referrer, device type) via Google Analytics 4.
Why we process it (legal basis)
Account and site data are processed to perform the monitoring service you asked for (contract). Technical logs are kept under legitimate interest in keeping the service secure. Waitlist and marketing emails rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.
Who else sees it (sub-processors)
- Postmark — delivers transactional and alert emails.
- Google Analytics — aggregated website analytics; may transfer data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.
- Hostinger — hosts the application and database.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the processors above.
How long we keep it
Site snapshots and change history are kept for as long as your account is active. Deleting a site or your account removes the associated data. Waitlist emails are kept until beta launch or until you unsubscribe.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your data, and to object to processing. Email mail@resetnak.cz and we will respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors. We use no advertising or tracking cookies beyond that.
Security
noindexed only ever reads the pages you register — it never modifies your site. Sign-in uses one-time magic links instead of stored passwords.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, where you have an account, notify you by email.
